We have a new way in which you can contact us online for any routine enquries.  We will aim to get back to you within 72 hours.  You can use this system to:

  • Request sick notes
  • Request letters
  • Submit a query about presciptions 
  • Ask for advice about non urgent medical conditions

Changes to the Practice – 1st April 2025 

We would like to inform you of an important update regarding your GP Practice. As of 1st April 2025, following a NHS Greater Manchester Procurement exercise, Rochdale Health Alliance will be taking over the management and operations of Dr Ghafoor’s Practice.
